Plaid is huge this season, and it’s been appearing everywhere: plaid shirts, plaid wool dresses, plaid jackets, plaid playsuits.. you get the drift. We’re loving this bold red plaid shirt paired with black leatherette shorts (because real leather would just be cruel) and black boots. Oh, and black winged eyeliner and red lipstick. It’s a grunge-inspired, slightly-rocker-but-not-that-rocker look perfect for skate parks, vintage record shops and hidden away cafes which turn out to be secret gems. Owning a plaid shirt is a definite necessity in any girl’s wardrobe.. now that‘s something checked off our list!

What to Wear with an LBD

Two of our newest arrivals include our Plaid Love Shirt and Lizzy Dress Black, which we shot and styled for a lookbook last week (props to our amazing team for their fast work and to the stunning Eliza for looking so gorg!) This little LBD looks fantastic with a plaid shirt casually knotted around the waist, paired with a bold red lip, black high-heeled boots and a black hat – because there’s no other colour combination like black and red.
